Sales Enablement Tools

  • Built a Rental Scraper tool with configurable run parameters (max listings, target cities, price range filters, custom URL targeting), real-time progress tracking, sortable results with property details and quality scores, city/price filtering, CSV export, and run history.
  • Developed a Cold Outreach analytics page with deliverability alerts, key metric tracking with trend indicators (total sends vs. 5K goal, open rate vs. 65% target, reply rate vs. 10% goal with color-coded thresholds), outbound funnel visualization (Sent → Opened → Replied → Booked → Won), mailbox health grid showing warmup/active/issue status per sending mailbox, pipeline waterfall from HubSpot, 30-day trend charts, and top 5 campaign performance rankings.
  • Created a One Pager Factory enabling the team to upload MHTML exports from Canva, edit text fields directly in the design while preserving fonts/colors/positions, replace and scale images (50–200%), remove image backgrounds by color selection, and generate final PDF outputs — plus a template library of pre-built SVG templates with editable fields.

Enrichment Suite

  • Built a Company Contact Finder supporting single-entry and bulk CSV upload modes, with enrichment tiers (Free, Balanced, Maximum), configurable SERP providers (Brave or Apify), toggleable homepage scraping, max-emails-per-company limits, and CSV column preview before processing — pulling from Apollo, Hunter, Clearbit, and SERP APIs.
  • Developed a Contact Finder for individual person-level lookups, returning email, phone, LinkedIn profile, and job title from Apollo, Hunter, and LinkedIn sources.
  • Created a custom Email Verifier supporting single and bulk CSV verification with SMTP ping, configurable timeout, real-time format validation, and results categorized as Valid, Invalid, Risky (catch-all/disposable), or Unknown — with exportable verified lists.
  • Built an Email Reputation monitoring page for managing multiple sending domains, with automated health checks for SPF validation, DMARC validation, blacklist status (Spamhaus, etc.), MX record counts, Google Postmaster OAuth integration, DMARC pass rate summaries, and PDF domain health report generation.
  • Developed a DMARC Reports parser accepting drag-and-drop XML/ZIP uploads from Google, Microsoft, and other providers — with per-domain stats (total emails, DKIM/SPF pass rates), analytics dashboards with pass/fail breakdowns, source IP analysis, failure reason identification, trend charts over time, and database persistence for historical analysis.
